Al Mauiza Foundation is a registered non-profit organization under Section 42 of the Companies Act (2017) in Pakistan. We are dedicated to making understanding of the Qur'an easy, inclusive, and accessible for the Muslim community worldwide through education, research, and community empowerment.

Al Mauiza Foundation provides the following services:

• Educational programs and courses on Qur'anic understanding
• Teacher training and certification programs
• Online and in-person classes through our partnership with Understand Qur'an Global (UQG)
• Educational resources and materials
• Community engagement and outreach activities
• Research and scholarly dialogue on Islamic education

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Age Requirements

Our services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

• Some programs may be offered free of charge as sadaqah jariyah (ongoing charity)

• Not engage in any disruptive or inappropriate behavior

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and course materials, is the property of Al Mauiza Foundation or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our platforms (comments, feedback, assignments), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for educational and promotional purposes.

Upon successful completion of certain programs, participants may receive certificates. These certificates:

• Are issued subject to meeting all program requirements
• Represent completion of the specific program as described
• Are for educational and professional development purposes
• Should not be misrepresented or used fraudulently
• May be verified by contacting Al Mauiza Foundation directly

Our programs and content are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any information provided.

9.2 No Professional Advice
